All buyers, resellers, affiliate partners, and visitors must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy while operating on Bisdel Digitalz.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the Bisdel Digitalz marketplace by buyers, resellers, merchants, and visitors. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.
2. Seller Registration and Verification
All resellers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information before selling on the platform.

Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Bisdel Digitalz reserves the right to remove any listing that violates this Policy without prior notice.
4. Marketplace Operations
Bisdel Digitalz operates as an online marketplace where:
- Third-party resellers can list and sell products.
- Bisdel Digitalz also sells its own products directly to customers.
Orders from third-party resellers are processed through our platform. Buyer payments are securely held in escrow until the buyer confirms that the product received matches the order placed. Once confirmation is received, payment is released to the reseller according to our settlement process.
5. Payments & Escrow Protection
To protect buyers and sellers:
- All payments must be made through the Bisdel Digitalz platform.
- Buyers must never make payments directly to resellers.
- Resellers must not request or encourage off-platform payments.
- Any attempt to bypass the platform's payment system may result in account suspension or termination.
Warnings are displayed across our platform advising customers not to transact directly outside the Bisdel Digitalz checkout system.
6. Fraud Prevention
Users must not:
- Create fake accounts.
- Provide false information.
- Manipulate reviews or ratings.
- Attempt unauthorized access to any account or system.
- Use the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
- Engage in scams or deceptive practices.
Bisdel Digitalz monitors marketplace activity and reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions.
7. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:
- Provide accurate delivery information.
- Inspect products upon delivery.
- Confirm receipt only after verifying that the product matches the order.
- Report any issues promptly.
- Complete all payments through the platform.
8. Seller Responsibilities
Resellers agree to:
- Provide accurate product descriptions.
- Supply genuine products.
- Deliver orders within the agreed timeframe.
- Cooperate in resolving customer complaints.
- Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
9. Dispute Resolution
Bisdel Digitalz acts as a neutral marketplace operator.
Where disputes arise, our support team will review evidence provided by both the buyer and the reseller before making a decision.
Payments may be temporarily withheld while investigations are ongoing.
Where appropriate, refunds or other remedies may be issued in accordance with our marketplace policies.
10. Enforcement
Bisdel Digitalz reserves the right to:
- Remove listings.
- Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts.
- Withhold settlements where fraud or policy violations are suspected.
- Report illegal activities to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.
11. Policy Updates & Contact Information
Bisdel Digitalz may amend this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Any updates will become effective once published on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
