By registering an account, purchasing products, or operating a storefront on Bisdel Digitalz (bisdeldigitalz.top), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). If you do not agree, you must discontinue platform access immediately.

2. Marketplace Structure & Escrow Protection

Bisdel Digitalz functions as a hybrid retail platform and multi-vendor marketplace. To safeguard customer funds:

• Payments are collected securely through Paystack and held in platform escrow.
• Funds are released to third-party resellers only after the buyer confirms that the delivered order matches product specifications.
• Direct off-platform transactions are strictly prohibited.

3. Reseller & Affiliate Obligations

• KYC Verification: All resellers must complete identity and business document verification prior to listing items or requesting payouts.
• Product Authenticity: Resellers warrant that all items listed are genuine, legally acquired, and accurate to descriptions.
• Fulfillment Timelines: Resellers must ship orders promptly and provide valid tracking or delivery confirmation.

4. Buyer Rights & Inspection Window

Buyers are entitled to inspect products upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, buyers must file a complaint within the inspection window before confirming receipt to initiate dispute resolution or refund processing.

5. Account Termination & Dispute Enforcement

Bisdel Digitalz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, withhold settlements, or remove listings for policy breaches, fraudulent activity, or off-platform payment solicitations.
